Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Nepalese cuisine preparation.
- Expertise in tandoor cooking, curry blends, naan, and traditional Himalayan dishes.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in kitchen management.
- Familiarity with Norwegian/European kitchen safety standards (training provided if needed).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to seasonal demands.
- Fluency in English; basic Norwegian is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic Nepalese dishes, including Nepalese curries, momos, tandoori, naan, and regional specialties.
- Oversee tandoor operations and ensure high-quality bread/grilled items.
- Manage kitchen staff, inventory, and food costs while maintaining hygiene standards (HACCP).
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus and specials.
- Train junior chefs and maintain consistency in food quality.
- Ensure adherence to Norwegian food safety regulations.
