Graffi Grill serves good food and great experiences from the Port-terminal in Tromsø. Well visited by both locals and tourists, this high tempoed BBQ-restaurant has been a popular choice since 2017.
Graffi Grill Tromsø need a skilled and experienced sous-chef to aid us in assuring that our guests and staff get the proper Graffi-experience. This position requires flexibility, guts, and high work capacity.
Repsonsibilities:
- Leading the kitchen staff in cooperation with head chef
- Quality assurance
- Ordering produce and supplies in accordance with our routines
- Cost control
- HACCP and IK-mat
- Stocktaking
- Develop the kitchen staff and improve routines
- Constantly working towards achieving the companies’ goals
Qualifications:
- Skilled chef. Experience can weigh up for formal education
- Experience from grill/BBQ segment is an advantage
- Communicative in a Scandinavian or English language
